=) i wanna be happy again and i know im happy.

mon lab just ended. the first experiment of the semester. 10am to merely 1pm. i love physical and analytical experiments cos they are real short. and so here i am, in the comp lab completing my nm2216 assignment and then blogging cos i think i havent blogged for a long time.

my camera is faulty so there are no pics for the time being. sending it for repair tmr. i hope it gets well soon. i miss taking pictures. sob.

i came across this email sent by my neighbour of 16 years.

well, my initial thot was to do my bit for charity and perhaps do a swim. but i freaked out when i saw 10km. haha. i can barely complete 5 laps at one go, and 10km?!? tt is like asking me to swim w an oxygen tank. something not within my limits and i am nt gg to risk my life.

but the point is, i got reminded of someone who taught me how to swim. and i think there are times whereby a particular someone in your life can teach you alot but for some reasons, u have to leave or they have to leave. i guess this is part and parcel of life which everyone will have to learn and experience. whether the reason is a valid one or not, the fact is everything ends somehow bcos there is a ending to every start.

learn to cherish the process and love the ending i guess, make the best of life.

to those who have taught me alot in life, i thank you with the utmost sincerity and i know i cant be here w/o you guys. i remember all that you guys have taught. i appreciate them all.

like i say all the time, some impt pp leave and go bcos they have/want to. and on the other hand, another grp of pp enter ur life n u begin to learn new things.

i have always known this fact and sheena reiterated it another time a few days back. noone needs another to lead a proper life in this world. it is sad but it is true. we were born alone and we die alone. hence, we shld learn how to cope life alone as well. if along the way, u meet someone w common goals/thinking/views, then u are lucky to have a companion to walk the same path as you. but not everyone may be tt lucky hence i say, learn to be independent when the need arises.

it is true that one shld never look back on the decision he/she has made bcos regrets are the most painful thing to live with. look back and smile at the fond memories afterall memories are the ones tt keep one alive. laugh at those times where your loved one has mayo on her mouth, when she burps out loud in a high class restuarant cos she ate a little too much, when she slips along a busy road bcos she steps on a banana skin, when she wears a size S tee when she is actually a size L. laugh at all those memories that deserve you to form that wide smile on your face. smile bcos memories are the basis of human joy. :)
